What micro-credits cannot do
The final lodgement pack (MyService-ready documents) and combined cross-evidence gap analysis are only available in a Complete Claim Pack. These features require unlimited re-processing as you add evidence — which isn't possible on a per-credit model.
How we fit in
Free ESO advocates (RSL, Legacy, and others) provide excellent support at no cost. This tool complements that support — it helps you prepare before, during, or after working with an advocate. It does not replace human advocacy.

We are a social enterprise aiming to make claim preparation affordable for all veterans.
One-time payments only. There are no subscriptions, no automatic renewals, and no recurring charges. You pay once for what you need.
No expiry. Claim Pack entitlements and Micro-Credit balances never expire. We will never penalise you for DVA processing delays.
Indicative amounts. Prices shown are TBD and subject to change. Final amounts are displayed at checkout. All prices include GST where applicable.
